Prosinac je stigao – mjesec svjetla, dobrote i zajedništva. 🎄✨ U duhu blagdana snimili smo naš cover jedne predivne božićne pjesme. Radi se o pjesmi Run, Run, Rudolph autora Chuck Berry-a. Pjesma je snimljena u petak prije tjedan dana, nakon toga sam zaradio i temperaturu, ali vrijedilo je. Dvije godine planiramo snimiti spot i sad je konačno došlo vrijeme da ugleda svjetlo dana. Pod producentskom palicom Ognjena Mihovilića i gostovanjem našeg dragog gitarističkog virtuoza Borisa Zambe projekt je napokon ostvaren. Neka vas glazba ugrije, razveseli i podsjeti na ono najvažnije: ljubav, mir i dobre ljude oko nas. ❤️🎶 Ugodne i sretne blagdane želi vam The Legacy of Motörhead! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 __________________________________________________ December has arrived – the month of light, kindness and togetherness. 🎄✨ In the spirit of the holidays, we recorded our cover of a beautiful Christmas song. It’s the song Run, Run, Rudolph by Chuck Berry. The song was recorded on Friday a week ago, after which I also caught a fever, but it was worth it. We’ve been planning to record a video for two years and now it’s finally time for it to see the daylight. Under the production baton of Ognjen Mihovilić and the guest appearance of our dear guitar virtuoso Boris Zamba, the project has finally been realized. Mama, I’m Coming Home

Ekipe The Legacy of Motörhead (Motörhead tribute band, Duga Resa-Zagreb) i Ratna Prassad (zemunski Black Sabbath tribute band) su se udružile da odaju počast svojim herojima, Ozzy-ju (koji je ovu pjesmu originalno snimio i objavio na svom albumu “No More Tears”) i Lemmy-ju (koji je autor teksta pjesme). Projekt “Mama, I’m Coming Home” je realiziran u fantastičnom ambijentu “Trained Monkey” studija u Zagrebu, pod vodstvom sjajnog Ognjena Mihovilića koji je uradio kompletno snimanje, miks, mastering i video montažu. Dva dana intenzivnog snimanja u studiju, dva tjedna montaže, ali i više od desetljeća sviranja, ljubavi i poštovanja prema Sabbath i Motörhead glazbi – nadamo se da će vam se dopasti, uživajte! I naravno, obzirom da su i The Legacy of Motörhead i Ratna Prassad koncertno poprilično aktivni bendovi, nadamo se da se vidimo uskoro na nekoj svirci! The bands The Legacy of Motörhead (Motörhead tribute band from Duga Resa, Zagreb) and Ratna Prassad (Black Sabbath tribute band from Zemun) have joined forces to pay tribute to their heroes: Ozzy (who originally recorded and released this song on his album No More Tears) and Lemmy (who wrote the song’s lyrics).

The project “Mama, I’m Coming Home” was created in the fantastic atmosphere of the Trained Monkey studio in Zagreb, under the guidance of the excellent Ognjen Mihovilić, who handled the full recording, mixing, mastering, and video editing.

Two days of intense studio sessions, two weeks of editing, and more than a decade of playing, loving, and respecting the music of Sabbath and Motörhead — we hope you’ll enjoy it!

And of course, since both The Legacy of Motörhead and Ratna Prassad are very active live bands, we hope to see you soon at one of our shows!

The Legacy Of Motorhead

The Legacy of Motörhead was founded by Martin Brozović and Danijel Vrbos at the end of 2016 under the name March or Die, since then the band has been active. In the search for a permanent drummer, the band’s line-up was completed in the spring of 2021 in Zagreb, when a certain Gordan Gringo Ilenić came on drums, and the band changed its name to The Legacy of Motörhead.

A combination of experienced musicians who, out of love for the legacy of the legendary Lemmy Kilmister and Motörhead, formed a band that will introduce you to the unique world of loud and fast rock ‘n’ roll, that Lemmy and his crew have been playing all over the world for years. The band has its tone master and, if necessary, a light master.
